RATES

COTTAGE I

• Summer June thru August $1000/wk, or $150/night with a 3 night minimum
• Fall Winter Spring $800/wk or $125/night with 2 night minimum
• All long weekends Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and New Years $150/night with 3 night minimum
• A $100 cleaning fee is charged upon booking and will be fully refunded as long as the cottage is left in good condition

COTTAGE II

• Summer June thru August $1500/wk
• Fall Winter Spring $1200/wk or $175/night with 2 night minimum
• All long weekends Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and New Years $200/night with 2 night minimum
• A $250 cleaning fee is charged upon booking and will be fully refunded as long as the cottage is left in good condition

DEPOSITS

• A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• If your reservation is made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, your payment will be due in full at time of booking.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY
Most travelers are accustom to hotel/motel cancellation policies and sometimes find our cancellation policy kind of strict. We do apologize for that but, we are a single unit business and have no "walk-in" business. So, if you decided to cancel we may have no time or opportunity to fill your vacancy. Therefore, to receive a refund of deposit (less a $30.00 cancellation fee), you must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 30 day time period will be subject to loss of your deposit. However, if we are able to fill your vacancy, we will refund your payment.

EXCESSIVE WEAR AND TEAR POLICY
We understand that accidents happen, and that things are going to break or tear up occasionally. However, should we determine that the damage was excessive and could/should have been easily avoidable, we will contact you to discuss the situation and give you an opportunity to explain what happened. If necessary, we will charge you for the cost of the replacement and/or repair. This does apply to smoke odor removal as well

POLICIES

• Check in time is 3:00 PM
• Check out time is 11:00 AM
• Guests are welcome to drop off luggage early if desired.
• No Pets however, we will be happy to help you with local boarding arrangements
• No Smoking except in designated outside areas
